Welcome to the Columbus Ski Club

Founded in 1958, we are a not-for-profit organization promoting year round social and sports-oriented activities. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, there is always something to do.

CSC is one of the largest clubs in the country with over 1,200 members of all ages (must be 21 or older to join), occupations, and interests. This diverse mix offers each member opportunities to meet new people in a relaxed sociable environment and share new experiences.

While we are still a "ski club", skiing is just a part of what we do. The club is a great way to develop friendships while enjoying social, skiing, and sporting opportunities. There is something to match every personality, skill level, and interest. So if your idea of fun has nothing to do with snow, we're still the club for you!

Whatever your reason for joining, you'll find the Columbus Ski Club is a great way to meet people and have a great time. Don't wait another day just thinking about joining in the fun. Check out what we have to offer and live the adventure!

Social Events
Do you enjoy parties and dancing? The club throws parties throughout the year. It's an easy and fun way to get to know other members. We provide the music and atmosphere, you supply the fun and energy. Some of our regular events include happy hours, wine tastings, Broadway shows, ballroom/salsa/swing dancing lessons and much more parties, social events, and specialized activities year round. You can celebrate in style with your friends, new and old!

Skiing and Ski Trips
Skiing and boarding is a featured activity in the Columbus Ski Club. We offer programs and trips for all levels of skiing at a variety of destinations both in the Columbus area and in other ski locations worldwide.

The ski club offers great deals on skiing in breathtaking locations out West, in Canada and throughout Europe. Because the club negotiates group discounts, these trips are a bargain and all the organizing is done for you. All you need to do is get on a plane and relax.

We've been just about everywhere, including:

Breckenridge (CO), Park City (UT), Crystal Mountain (MI), Banff (Canada), Snowmass/Aspen (CO), Big Sky (MO), Garmisch (Germany), Innsbruck (Austria)

If those places sound a little too far away, the club also offers great trips closer to home. The club goes to resorts in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia and Michigan. The trips give you the chance to travel with friends to amazing places and try some new terrain without breaking your budget.

Take It To The Next Level

The ski club boasts a world-class Ski Race Program. We provide trained coaches to teach you the basics and sponsor race weekends at Mad River Mountain to hone your skills. This is a great way to meet other skiers who love to challenge themselves.

Sports
The ski club offers a variety of sports including soccer, bowling, tennis, euchre, billiards, golf and volleyball. Softball is one of the most popular activities in the ski club and we have a league with over 20 teams! Our leagues are coed, so they are twice the fun. Whether or not you're looking for a competitive sport, we've got you covered. The ski club also offers weekend sporting events, such as white water rafting, kayaking, paintball, pistol shooting and more.
