| Four members plus an at large member are elected to the Board of Directors each year to serve two year terms. The Board of Directors elects the Club Officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary). The remaining Directors have the responsibility for one or more Club areas (e.g., Ski Trips, Social, Sports, etc.) for at least one year. It is recommended that Board candidates have Club leadership experience although that is not a prerequisite. |

| Applications along with a recent photo must be submitted by EOD Sunday, April 4th. They are to be e-mailed to the Election Committee at bg_oh1234@yahoo.com who will forward them to the web, Track, and e-Track for publication. They may also be submitted at a membership meeting (1st/3rd Wednesdays at Sanese). If a person submits an application after that date, their name will NOT appear on the ballot, but may be written in. |

To obtain an absentee ballot:
If you are unable to attend the meeting on the 7th, you can still vote using an absentee ballot. To obtain an absentee ballot send an e-mail to ColsSkiClub2010Elections@gmail.com. Include your full name in the e-mail. A ballot will be returned for you to use when voting. All absentee ballot requests need to be received by 4PM on April 7th to get a ballot returned. All absentee ballots need to be returned by 5PM on April 7th to be included in the vote counts.
Election Results:
All four candidates were elected to the Board of Directors. The election of an At Large member was tabled until the April 28th Board meeting.
