Columbus Ski Club History
The Columbus Ski Club is a non-profit organization founded in 1958. Originally organized for ski enthusiasts, the Club has grown beyond that single mission, providing its members not only quality ski programs, but year round social and sport activities.
Today, the Ski Club is one of the largest in the country with over 1,300 members including a wide variety of ages, occupations, and interests. This diverse mix offers each member plenty of opportunities to meet new people and share new experiences.
The Club offers downhill and cross-country activities for skiers at all levels of ability. Not a skier? You can participate in many non-ski activities such as bus trips to sporting events, league sports, wine tastings, cruises, and a number of parties throughout the year. The Columbus Ski Club has something for everyone.
