| The Club issues an annual Directory of all the members who sign up by the second Club meeting in October. Each members' name, address, e-mail address, and phone numbers are listed in the Directory (unless the members that they not be listed). The Club's general information, Officers, Directors and Chairpersons photos, as well as the policies and procedures of the Club are also included. |

| Each Club member receives a Directory either by mail or at one of the Club meetings. |

| Please Note: Members whose names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses that apprear in the Columbus Ski Club website, in the TRACK Newsletter, or in the Ski Club Directory are published for the use of the membership. Use of members' personal information listed in these sources for commercial purposes or for developing a contact list of any sort (address list, e-mail list, calling list, etc.) is strickly prohibited. Members who violate this understanding are subject to dismissal from the Club. |
