About:  Back by popular demand, The German Village Society along with your Columbus Ski Club would like to invite all CSC members to a special Friday After. The German Village Society will give all CSC members the opportunity to listen to live music, eat and drink good German and American food, beer and wine and above all, socialize with thousands of other central Ohioans on what has historically been a beautiful fall weekend.  

Stop by at 5pm and help tap the first keg or simply arrive and absorb the ambiance of good song and wine.  Music will begin at 5pm and won't end until 12 am.  To list just a few of the bands performing Friday night:  The Reaganomics, Arnett Howard and Jamnesia plus many more throughout the evening and weekend. For CSC members who have children, they're more than welcome.  Oktoberfest has plenty of entertainment, activities and rides for kids to enjoy.  

Also, for those of you who would like to volunteer, the CSC is looking for members who would like to pour beer on Sunday the 7th. Look for the Oktoberfest sign at the next CSC meeting or contact Chris Maurer (see above). 

Finally, consider your Free ticket (see flyer insert in the Track) to Oktoberfest (normally $8 to the general public) as a small benefit to belonging to the club.  Have fun, drink beer and think German!

Please Note:  The ticket/flyer will allow a CSC member to get in for FREE from 5pm until 8pm, Friday night ONLY.
