The Ski Club is heading to Lake Erie to explore the Chautauqua Wine Trail during it’s Fall Harvest Celebration. 24 fun loving people will be visiting and sampling the fares and parings of 21 wineries along the Lake Erie coast. This will be a carpool trip on a 4-hour to the wineries. We will stop for a short lunch break before exploring the wineries on the western edge of the trail. Each winery will offer wine tastings paired with a food dish celebrating the Fall Harvest. As the sun sets, we’ll head to the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center on Lake Erie, in Dunkirk, New York where we will gather for the evening to eat, drink, sleep and of course talk wine.
Sunday morning after checking out of hotel, we will explore the wineries on the Eastern and Southwestern portions of the Chautauqua Trail before heading back to Columbus. You can do all 21 wineries or pick and choose. What a wonderful way to spend the weekend. Food, friends and WINE!
You get admission to all 21 wineries with food tastings, an overnight stay (double occupancy) at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center.

Are you an Indians fan, or a Reds fan? Join 31 other baseball fans on the trip to Cleveland to watch the two Ohio teams battle in out and enjoy an overnight stay at the Renaissance Hotel. The hotel is within walking distance or a short cab ride away from some of the best Cleveland has to offer, so before heading to the the game, you can enjoy a few of the Cleveland sights.

We have reserved all 6 cabins in Wyandot Woods for this weekend. The cabins are nestled in the woods and surround a lake, which is stocked and comes complete with a swimming platform and canoes. Bring a book, a raft, maybe a fishing pole and kick back and relax. The cabins are modern, with outdoor seating and hot tubs. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and bath soaps.

The Columbus Ski Club is pleased to offer its members an adventure South of the border down Mexico way.
50 fun loving members will be flying to Cancun, Mexico, where we’ll board a bus and head south to the beautiful Riviera Maya/ Playa del Carmen. The Riviera Maya is known not only for its beautiful beaches, but its Mayan history. We will be staying in the small town of Playacar, on the edge of Playa Del Carmen at the Reef Playacar. The Reef Playacar is an all-inclusive resort. Yes, I said all-inclusive. Put your wallets away, with a few exceptions everything is included, food, drink, entertainment and non-motorized play toys.
